House Rules
Checkin from 4:00pm to 8:00 pm
Checkout before 11:00 am
The reception is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Payment : A credit card number or a deposit is requested for each booking. You will be requested to pay in full upon arrival.
Rooms : Your room is available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure. Please be sure to vacate your room before 11am, otherwise we will ask you to pay for an extra night.
During your stay please note that there is no chambermaid service after 1pm, so if you want your room to be made up please vacate it before then.
It is forbidden to smoke, cook or eat in the rooms.
Please lock your door when you leave your room. The management cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft.
To enter the hotel at night please type the code provided upon your arrival.
Please remember to hand back your key before leaving. All missing keys will be invoiced at 10 euro.
Linen : Bed linen and towels must stay in your room. Bath towels must not be taken to the beach.
Breakfast : Breakfast is served on the terrace or the veranda between 8 and 11am.
The terrace : The terrace is open from 7am to 10pm and smoking is permitted there.
The configuration of the hotel building does not allow us to accommodate people with reduced mobility.

We take care of the environment
At Hôtel de la Pinède, from making breakfast to cleaning the rooms, we take care of the environment and limit consumption.
To reduce the environmental impact of our activity, we have taken the following simple, common-sense, durable measures:
Energy and electricity consumption
- The building was totally renovated from 2013 to 2014. We reinforced the thermal and sound insulation by installing high-performance double glazing in all the windows and by insulating the walls and partitions.
- Each room has its own thermostat
- The lights on the landings have presence detectors
- 100% of our lights use LED or compact fluorescent technology which use little electricity without sacrificing visual comfort
- In your shower you will find two refillable plastic bottles. They may look like ketchup and mayonnaise, but both contain eco-certified hair and body gel!
- By reusing your towels, you can help save water and transport (carbon emissions)
- We turn off our computers at night as well as all other electrical appliances
Rubbish (or Trash if you’re American)
- We recycle our waste. You don’t see it, but we sort your waste. For glass bottles there are containers next to the hotel on the right.
- We favour digital documents
- If you do not need a paper receipt, we can send your bill to your email address on demand
Housekeeping
- We use two cleaning products: white vinegar, and disinfectants, which are necessary, but which we use sparingly.
- We boil and reuse the microfibre cloths we use for cleaning
Breakfast
- We avoid packaged food. Our pastries are supplied by a local baker. Some of our products are organic.
Please support our efforts during your stay
- If you want to reuse your towel, please hang it up. If you want it washed, please leave it on the floor.
- Turn off the tap while you are brushing your teeth
- Limit your showers to 5 minutes
- Please close the windows when the heating or air-conditioning is on.
- Maintain your room at a reasonable temperature
- Turn off the TV and lamps when you leave the room
- Do not leave chargers in the sockets when your electronic devices are charged and when you leave your room.
