This was the first hotel in Juan les Pins, built in 1891. Hôtel de la Pinède has 8 rooms that are all different and decorated with passion and pleasure to make your stay with us special.
This little hotel is an alternative to the large hotel groups, but alas, because we had to make big investments our means are small and so we cannot offer a 24-hour reception service. However, an envelope system enables you to retrieve your keys at your convenience, and you can leave the keys in your room upon departure.
Many of you love the hotel and a few complain about it. Unfortunately, you can’t have it all: we are in the centre of a beach resort that is famous for its vibrancy. Despite good soundproofing, some will find their room noisy, but most won’t !
A breakfast buffet, at 14€ will be served on the hotel terrace. It consists of assortment of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, organic milk, orange juice (pure juice), selection of jams, butter, bread and pastries, seasonal fruit, homemade cakes, organic yogurt, muesli.
The configuration of our hotel does not allow us to accommodate disabled people.
All of our rooms have their own personality. We offer 2 categories:
Amenities in rooms:
Free WIFI, TV, Private shower and toilet, Hair dryer, Toiletries, Bath towels.
The hotel is non-smoking, however a smoking area is provided on the terrace.
All rooms, double and family rooms are air conditioned
We are respectful of the environment and use Ecocert products
Solarium terrace for having breakfast and lounging as you wish
The hotel is located in the center of Juan-les-pins and 50 meters from the sandy beaches
Free wifi throughout the establishment
When we took this hotel over, the rooms were only 10 m2 and so we knocked down a lot of walls to make it more comfortable.
I live here in room number 1, Sylvie at your service. If you can’t see me, I’m cleaning the hotel or doing the shopping or administration, or I’m on the phone, or I’m walking my doggy , but I’m never far away. You can reach me on 0033648295274 if you need help. You can use the terrace on the first floor for lunch or dinner but please do not do so while breakfast is being served. Please turn the lights off before you leave it at night.
Please leave your dry beach towels on the terrace to avoid bringing sand into the rooms.
On the map, I have coloured in red the small roads where parking is free. There is a private secure car park at the congress hall. It is expensive in the high season but reasonable off-peak.
I wish you a lovely stay!
